Currently, HSCONNECT is open only for applications to the City of Issaquah, which is accepting proposals for human services funding for 2010.
The City of Issaquah is requiring "off-year" applications from programs which previously received human services funding from the City of Issaquah in 2009, and who desire to renew/continue funding for 2010.
Any agencies and programs that did not receive funding from the City of Issaquah in 2009 must complete the application for "new" programs.
